Christmas Vacation

We have visited most of you but I thought you might like to see some more pictures. It was so nice to see everyone and I am glad that we had the oppurtunity to go home. To those that we did see...we miss you.

Every thing is going well. Eleanor is gaining all her weight back very quickly. She eats alot and sleeps often-although sometimes not often enough at night. We are learning. My mom leaves tomorrow so John and I are on our own untill we leave on Monday (Dec 19th) to go home. Hope to see you all very soon.

We are back home now and everything is fine. We are trying to adjust to the new schedule and get some sleep. Eleanor is no longer quiet, but she is wonderful.

She's Here!!!!!

Eleanor Grace Hutchins was born at 3:39 a.m. on the eighth day of the twelvth month in the year of our Lord 2005. She is 7 pounds 14 ounces, and 20 1/4 inches long. I think she could be described as "perfect". She has been quiet so far, only making a few squeaks here and there. She ate a lot when she was first born, now she mainly sleeps.
Mary is fine. She's quite the trooper. She handled every contraction with barely a whimper. She is my new hero.
Oh yeah, there's a father in there somewhere.

Still Waiting...

December 2nd and still no baby. I hope that today is the day...but no signs that it will be. Happy Birthday Papa John (John's Dad). I think a granddaughter would be a grand gift. I hiked up the hill today hoping to get things going. Only time will tell.
